Dr. Alois Seidl (Dipl. Chem.)
Dr. Alois Seidl is the managing partner of ADOLAS CONSULTING GmbH. He has more than 25 years of management experience in an international environment. From 1995 to 2009, he worked for Merck KGaA, in both the United States and Germany. In his last role, he was Senior Vice President responsible for leading the global pigments business. From 2010 to 2022, he was Managing Director and Board Member of Carl Schlenk AG, a medium-sized company. His professional experience ranges from business responsibility/development (several hundred million and up to 700 employees) to restructuring and process optimization to acquisitions. Thanks to his intensive network, additional expertise or resources can be activated at any time. In addition to his strategic orientation, he successfully compares the perfected processes of a large company with what is feasible and necessary for a medium-sized company.

Dr. Alexander Vouk
Dr. Alexander Vouk is the owner of Vouk Management Consulting. In addition to his doctorate in business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, he studied data technology at the Vienna University of Technology. After working as a project manager at Roland Berger, he took on strategic and operational responsibility for more than 20 years as Commercial Director at WIBERG GmbH and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at SKIDATA AG. He succeeds outstandingly in optimizing business processes, supporting them with systems technology, and presenting them transparently.
Frank Gorzel
Frank Gorzel holds a degree in business administration and has extensive knowledge and many years of experience in the field of operations. He is also a Master’s in TQM (Lean) and a certified coach. For over 20 years, he has been active at C-level in the manufacturing and trading industry, especially for medium-sized industry leaders such as WIBERG, Riegelein, Efko, and Bernhofer as well as for corporations such as BayWa. Frank Gorzel covers all supply chain aspects of the manufacturing industry from purchasing to planning and production to logistics.
Dr. Nils Oldenburg
Nils Oldenburg holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering and has more than 20 years of experience in technical and management positions in the development and production of companies in the process industry (chemical, pharmaceutical, life science, nutrition). For Merck KGaA, he has worked in a leading role on several key technology developments and managed operations organizations in Asia and worldwide. As managing director of a medium-sized raw material supplier for the pharmaceutical and specialty food industry, he has gained experience in the SME sector. Nils Oldenburg covers the aspects of development, integrated operations, sustainability, and risk and crisis management.
